This Media Release, Recording & Content Creation Policy ("Policy") applies to Tactical Truck Repair & Rebuild, Tactical Truck Parts, TruckRepairBoard.com, Simply Printed USA, all affiliated companies, subsidiaries, divisions, future companies, successors, assigns, employees, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and representatives (collectively, the "Company").
By entering Company property, requesting service, communicating with Company personnel, using Company websites, participating in Company events, accepting employment, performing subcontract work, or otherwise interacting with the Company, you acknowledge this Policy.

Google Podcasts (or successor platforms)
Livestream platforms
Training platforms

Future media platforms
The Company also produces a live and recorded podcast featuring truck repairs, diagnostics, business operations, customer education, interviews, industry news, equipment demonstrations, and related content.
3. Continuous Documentation
The Company may document business operations using:

Mobile phones
Body cameras (where used)
Shop cameras
Dash cameras
Drone footage
Security cameras
Digital photography

Telephone recordings where permitted by law

4. Employees
As a condition of employment, employees acknowledge that they may be photographed, filmed, or recorded while performing work duties.
Employees grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use recordings made during the course of employment for lawful business purposes, including marketing, recruiting, training, educational materials, podcasts, social media, internal documentation, and promotional campaigns.
Nothing in this policy authorizes recording in areas where employees have a reasonable expectation of privacy or where recording would violate applicable law.
5. Independent Contractors & Subcontractors
All independent contractors and subcontractors performing work for or on behalf of the Company acknowledge that their work may be photographed, filmed, or recorded while performing services.
As a condition of performing services, contractors and subcontractors grant the Company the right to use such recordings for lawful business purposes, including:

Advertising
Recruiting
Training
Technical education
Podcasts
Livestreams
Documentation
Social media
Website content
Contractors and subcontractors represent that they have the authority to grant these rights with respect to their own participation.
6. Customer Vehicles & Equipment
Customer vehicles, trailers, engines, components, tools, and equipment may be photographed or recorded before, during, and after service for:

Quality control
Warranty support
Insurance claims
Technical education
Marketing
Social media
Podcasts
Product demonstrations
Customer communication
7. Incidental Capture of Business Information
During normal recording operations, media may incidentally capture information such as:
Company names
Fleet names
Vehicle numbers
DOT numbers
MC numbers
Trailer numbers
Unit numbers
License plates
Company logos
Decals
Wraps
Uniforms
Buildings
Equipment
Shop signs
Fleet branding
The Company does not intentionally publish confidential customer information but incidental capture may occur.
8. Customer Requests for Redaction
Customers who do not want identifiable branding, logos, vehicle markings, fleet information, or similar business identifiers included in publicly released content must submit a written request before publication.

Information requested to be obscured
The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to blur or redact identifiable information before publication when feasible.
The Company cannot guarantee removal of information that has already been published, shared by third parties, archived, downloaded, or redistributed.
9. Customer Interviews & Testimonials
Customers who voluntarily participate in interviews, podcasts, testimonials, or promotional videos consent to the recording and use of their participation for lawful business purposes. Where appropriate or required by law, the Company may request a separate written media release.
10. Ownership of Media
All photographs, videos, audio recordings, podcasts, livestreams, edited productions, graphics, thumbnails, transcripts, captions, written articles, and derivative works created by or for the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No employee, subcontractor, customer, or third party acquires ownership rights in Company-created media solely because they appear in it.
11. Artificial Intelligence & Content Processing
The Company may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to edit, enhance, transcribe, caption, translate, summarize, organize, classify, and distribute media content. AI may also be used to blur or redact identifying information where appropriate.

Recordings may also be used for:
Workplace safety
Theft prevention
Fraud prevention
Customer dispute resolution
Insurance claims
Warranty administration
Employee training
Performance evaluation
Compliance investigations
Law enforcement cooperation when legally required
13. Limitation
Nothing in this Policy authorizes the recording or publication of information in violation of applicable privacy, wiretapping, employment, or other laws. The Company will make reasonable efforts to comply with all applicable legal requirements.
